There’s no exact science if you are ordering in bulk and not collecting exact sizes of every person up front. Since we have worked with thousands of orders, we have some decent data to be able to figure out what sizes to order.
PREORDER:
If the shirts are going to be sold and you have the ability to do a preorder, you can take data from your first presales and use that to inform what size breakdown you use with the final bulk order.
CULTURE’S FORMULA:
**Disclaimer: you know best the demographic of people these shirts are going to… A youth camp for example is going to need a wider range of sizes than a company might**
Look at your smallest and largest sizes needed… do you need youth? Toddler? 3XL? 4XL?
Generally we see M-XL being the most common size… so use the ideas below to help get you started on selecting your size breakdown
The higher in total quantity you need, the wider range of sizes you need.
